I built Mitico Insight because most CLM software is priced and structured for larger organizations, while many startups, small businesses, consultants, agencies, and growing companies still need serious contract infrastructure. The platform was designed as an affordable, technologically capable, internationally accessible alternative for businesses that need contract clarity without enterprise-level complexity or cost.
The website and portal are coded from scratch with Next.js, TypeScript, structured metadata systems, dashboards, client repositories, Stripe workflows, calendar tools, message systems, advanced API integrations, and AI-assisted review features. Mitico Insight also uses Supabase authentication, account-based data separation, and Row Level Security policies to help keep client records, tickets, messages, calendar items, and contract metadata protected by user-specific access rules.
