Workflow Path

How the system moves work.

  1. A visitor reviews services, history, pricing, platform capabilities, and Oracle-assisted features.
  2. A client submits intake or signs in through Supabase-backed access.
  3. The dashboard displays contract, ticket, revenue, calendar, and message activity.
  4. Contracts move through viewer, The Vault, metadata, Oracle review, permissions, and calendar workflows.
  5. Meetings can be scheduled through Calendar, Message Center, or contract-context Virtual Table flows.
  6. Payments, marketplace upgrades, templates, annual billing, trial codes, and receipts flow through Stripe and admin review.
  7. RLS and account permissions keep each client environment separated and controlled.

Client Data Protection

Security is part of the platform structure.

Mitico Insight is organized around account-specific access. Supabase Row Level Security policies protect client records so authenticated users only access authorized data, while admin-only workflows are separated behind owner controls. Contract documents, metadata, tickets, messages, calendar events, and marketplace receipts are structured to remain tied to the correct user account or shared parent account.

Oracle features are used as workflow assistance for summaries, metadata, calendar snapshots, meeting search, and contract explanation. The interface reminds users to verify output before saving, and contract data remains private within the application’s secured account structure.
