Oracle Project

Mitico Insight Oracle

Oracle is the Mitico Insight intelligence layer for focused contract operations support. It is not a separate public chatbot or a replacement for review. It works inside authenticated portal tools to summarize dashboard activity, support contract metadata review, explain contract terms, assist calendar snapshots, and help users understand workflow information already available inside their own account.

Current Model

gpt-4o-mini

The current configured model for the portal AI workflow is gpt-4o-mini. This model is used for concise, structured support tasks including contract review, dashboard summaries, and calendar snapshots rather than broad autonomous decision-making.

Dashboard Brief

Summary From Counts

The dashboard Oracle brief summarizes pipeline counts, contract type totals, and ticket priority counts. It only runs when the user presses Refresh and uses dashboard count data rather than contract documents.

Contract Viewer

Metadata Assistance

In the contract viewer, AI can assist with contract metadata review, field suggestions, one-paragraph summaries, key term explanations, party identification, and word definitions. Users should verify AI output before saving it into contract records.

Calendar Sync

Schedule Snapshot

The calendar Oracle snapshot summarizes meeting times, locations, priorities, and relevant schedule details after the user clicks Refresh. Calendar items stay synced to each client account.

Security

Client Data Protection

Oracle features operate inside the authenticated client portal. Contract, dashboard, message, and calendar data remain tied to each client account, and Supabase Row Level Security policies protect account records so users only access authorized data. Admin visibility remains controlled through approved admin workflows and explicit permission settings.

Oracle does not save client contract data. Information remains private, confidential, and secured within the Mitico Insight account structure. Oracle responses are generated for the active workflow and must be reviewed before a user chooses to save metadata or notes.

Oracle output is support material, not legal advice. Contract metadata, summaries, definitions, and calendar briefs should be reviewed by the user before relying on them or saving them into records.
